Developed in 2007, the HOPEFUL Inc.’s volunteer program was established in response to the community’s need for a full service action center.
The program's commitment to innovative social change is demonstrated through our many roles in the community.
HOPEFUL Inc. volunteers get a one of a kind opportunity to combat homeless, improve education, provide equal access to entrepreneurial resources, and bring awareness to mental health disparities in African American communities in Sacramento and beyond.
We’ll Work With Your Schedule!
The volunteer hours are flexible and our program welcomes volunteers who live outside of the Sacramento area by providing virtual opportunities as well.
Not only is HOPEFUL Inc.’s volunteer program able to connect individuals and groups to our volunteer opportunities, but we also provide volunteer management services for large scale community events and corporate volunteer days.

HOPEFUL Inc.’s volunteer program is currently seeking the following volunteers: Healing Black Minds Volunteer, Social Media Manager Volunteer, Fundraising volunteer, Digital media producer, Programs manager, and an Administrative assistant.
If you are skilled or are trying to educate yourself in Fundraising, Community Outreach, Grant Writing / Research, Problem-solving, research and more we can use your expertise.

How To Become A Volunteer?
All HOPEFUL Inc volunteers must be at least 18 years old and able to commit five hours per month of their time.
